Adlisberg Trail Run 7-10km / 200-300m ascent

Let’s meet at the tram station Burgwies at 6:30pm and go for a nice trail run up and down hills in the forest around Adlisberg.

Technical information:
– Distance: 7-10 km depending on the motivation of the group
– Elevation gain:[masked] meters
– Speed: approx. 7:00-7:30 min/km

Of course, this event is limited to 5 runners.
