Surprise snowshoe hike with raclette in the snow at the top of the mountain

You might get some muscle pain but won’t be disappointed by this surprise hike! Stunning autumn colours in the forest on our way up… To the snow! Once we reach the snow, we put snowshoes on and make our way to the summit which will offer us the most beautiful views of the area! We will then have an exclusive lunch up there: raclette in the snow!After lunch, we start our descent on another stunning trail.

Gorgeous amber autumn foliage, fun in the snow, impressive ridges, breathtaking views and yummy food in a very special atmosphere… You will surely love the surprise destination!

What’s the plan?

Meet at Zurich HB, under the blue angel at 07:00. We will then tell you where we’re going! No need to buy your train ticket in advance. The train journey is less than 1 hour. Return to Zurich HB around 18:00.

Requirements

This is a long and difficult hike. To join this event, you need to be a very fit hiker, and you should not be afraid of heights as there are some narrow ridges. Make sure that you can fix snowshoes on your backpack as we will have to carry them for approx. half of the time.
