Jungfrau ski touring weekend
Immerse in the ultimate adventure this winter! Explore the remote beauty of the Jungfrau area through an unforgettable ski touring weekend.
Jungfrau, Mönch, Eiger… These are the three most famous peaks of the Bernese Oberland, but the region is full of 4000s and glaciers. A true heaven for ski touring! Escape the crowded ski runs, enjoy the incredible views and breathe the freedom of an epic ski touring adventure.
This trip is led by Guy-Robert May, international mountain guide.
What’s the plan?
Meet your guide at Grindelwald Terminal train station at 09:30 on Saturday. Once everyone is equipped, we take the new Eiger Express cable car to Eigergletscher, followed by the famous Jungfraubahn to Jungfraujoch at 3463 meters above sea level. From this saddle connecting the Jungfrau and the Mönch starts this wonderful 2-day ski tour. We ski to Finsteraarhornhütte via the Grünhornlücke. Evening and night at Finsteraarhornhütte. After 2 days long days in the snow, return to Grindelwald having some fun off-piste, so you can catch your train back home on Sunday afternoon.
