Bio
I created the Céona Yoga activity with the intention of bringing a yoga adapted and corresponding to the needs and increasing demands of a public in research of resourcing and relaxing activities, for a resolutely different practice.
More gentle, without being boring, the yoga I teach gets you moving without exhausting yourself, awakens and tones up the body and mind without unnecessary over-stimulation, and all this without pain.
My precept: “Staying healthy is also a question of balance”.
