30-Minute Full-Body Stretching Guide
Since we are stuck at home and have more time to do the things that we enjoy doing and have a healthy lifestyle, we started a daily stretching routine that makes us feel amazing! From neck to foot arches, these exercises cover the whole body. We thought that some of you might be interested in starting a similar routine so we wrote an article about it on our website, describing all 20 stretching exercises we do.
